IQ Day has been part of Itecor’s story for more than 10 years. Once a year, colleagues from across our offices get together, away from the usual meetings, projects and screens. This year, we met in Lausanne for a day of new ideas, collaboration and time well spent together.

At the Olympic Museum, teams took part in a design sprint led by École 42 Lausanne. The challenge was a practical one: how can we explore the potential of AI and turn promising ideas into concrete, actionable projects?

💡 Inspired by the ideation phase of a hackathon, the session created space for teams to think creatively about promising AI ideas and see where they could lead. It sparked plenty of discussion and enthusiasm, but also some very concrete directions to explore in the months ahead.

And after a rather rainy start, the skies had cleared before the final chapter of the day. And what a way to finish! We closed the day with dinner and beautiful views aboard a historic Belle Époque boat on Lake Léman.

🛳️✨A day that started with a blank page ended with a sunset on the lake, with plenty of ideas, connections and memories in between.
