The initiative is led by Lori Stefano Petrucci, Head of Operations Swiss-romande at Itecor, who oversees around 100 consultants working across multiple client sites.

What we needed was a structured way to capture ongoing signals, both on project health and on people’s experience,” said Lori Stefano Petrucci. “With Supervised, we can gather regular, consistent feedback, spot weak signals early, and build a shared knowledge base over time. It strengthens the manager relationship by providing clearer, more frequent insights, and by helping us focus quickly on the situations that need attention”.

The pilot, launched earlier this year, focuses on improving project-level visibility and enabling more proactive management. According to the company, early use has reduced reliance on status meetings and improved the speed at which delivery issues are identified.
